Presidentin linnaan 150 metriä, valtioneuvoston palatsiin 50 metriä, Koko kaupungin keskusta, kaupalliset ja kultturipalvelut ovat vain kivenheiton päässä. Senaatintorille on 150 metriä. Lähellä on useita historiallisia rakennuksia. Tämä on kaupungin vanhinta osaa. Helsinki on merellinen, kaunis kaupunki. Nuuksio, lähin luonnonsuojelualue, erämaa, löytyy vain noin 25 kilometrin päässä keskustasta!

Tallinna, Viron pääkaupunki, on vain parin tunnin laivamatkan päässä. Helsingissä ja lähialueella tekemistä ja näkemistä riittää kaikkina vuodenaikoina.

Excellent échange tant du point de vue du logement que de sa situation géographique au sein de la capitale. Les relations avec Eeva et Jukka ont été excellentes et nous aurions aimé prolongé l'échange mais il faut bien retourner à la maison. Le regret de devoir partir, la gage de qualité d'un échange de logement.
