A 120m2 penthouse with a lovely terrace in Helsinki
We are experienced exchangers and travellers having a 120m2 top floor flat with a large terrace in Helsinki, in a district called Lauttasaari, which is rated as the most wanted place to live in Helsinki.
The nature, sea, beaches and walking/cycling paths are just outside the door, metro station at 1km distance and downtown Helsinki and its attractions, shops, cafes, museums etc at 5km distance.
We live in our home with a small 6 yrs old rescue dog and also wish to do exchanges that allow travelling with a small pet.

Lauttasaari is situated in the western side of Helsinki. It's lovely area with sea, nature and walking options just outside the door while all services of Helsinki are easily accessible. Public transportation is excellent and very safe in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
Everything is within walking distance - three supermarkets are within 500m, bus stop 200m, public bicycle rental station 200m, metro station 1km and Central Railway station 5km (3 metro stops).
There are two beaches within 500 meters from the door. The bigger one has also a nice children playground and BBQ/Grill place.
