Holiday home in St Quay Portrieux, Brittany in West of France

Close to the sea, this house is mainly used for week end and vacations.
Nice and very quiet environment. Located in a private street cul de sac (no traffic), near the sea side and beachs. Very nice touristic area to discover in spring time. Close to interesting sites : Brittany, Sea coast, Paimpol, Bréhat, Perros Guirec in pink granite coast, St Malo, Mont St Michel, Channel islands : Jersey, Guernsey. 
Sea foods, fishs, shells, lobsters, oysters are always very good, directly from the sea. In Brittany, you can enjoy famous crêpes, special cake Kouing aman, and drink cider.... Delight.

About the neighborhood

The house is situated in a cul de sac. Private road, there are only 6 houses, then it is very quiet.
It is residential area in Saint Quay Portrieux, very close to the sea.
Along the sea, there is a path, named Chemin de Ronde (GR34). You could use it for walk promenade. It is wild, very nice, natural, with always the sea, birds, boats in back.

Saint Quay Portrieux is a small town (village), with all necessary to live.
For foods, no problem: baker and patisserie, butcher, fish shop, grocery are there.
For medical point of view: doctors and drugstore (pharmacy) are there.
Saint Quay Portrieux has a very nice harbor : professional fishermen with many boats, pleasure fishermen, and sailing activities
and many restaurants. For pleasure: beaches, casino, stores, and creperies and church...

Ett stort fint modernt hus ett kvarter från vattnet i en fantastisk liten stad med vackra hus och fin natur, helt underbart. Vackra promenadvägar längs hela kusten. Huset hade stora sovrum med plats för många. Familjen hade gjort en jättebra presentation och instruktioner för precis allting. Det var så lätt att bara flytta in och känna sig hemma. Vi bytte även bilar med varandra och det fungerade utmärkt. Jag rekommenderar varmt detta byte.
