Calm and confortable Appartement in center town of Paris
Our one-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is on the ground floor for easy access. It was completely renovated in 2025, has modern appliances, and is quiet and comfortable. It sits in the calm garden of a residential building. (Note : Air Conditoning is avaiable in the Master bedroom only as it's a mobile device that we remove in the winter). The kitchen opens onto the garden, which makes it a lovely spot for a slow breakfast or an evening glass of wine. The living room has a sofa bed that sleeps 2 more people. The apartment is in the 12th arrondissement, close to the Félix-Éboué fountain and the Coulée Verte. It's just off a typically Parisian shopping street, with an open-air market twice a week, so you can live like a local among friendly, affordable cafés and restaurants, a neighbourhood church and a public park. All public transport (metro, tram and buses) is less than a 5-minute walk away. Metro line 1 takes you straight to the Louvre and the Champs-Élysées. You're also welcome to use our bikes, which are kept locked in a bike room in the building's basement. If you're looking for greenery, peace and safety in the heart of Paris, you'll find them all at our place!
