A nice apartement with good location
The apartment is a 75 sqm 3-room apartment from 1916 with a modern standard and a great location.
From T-centralen you take two metro stations to Slussen, from there you can walk to the accommodation in five minutes.
Around the corner you have lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes and various shops both on Södermalm and in the Old Town. You are also close to public transport (metro, buses, commuter trains) all within walking distance. The apartment is bright and pleasant, it is located on the second floor, there is an elevator.
Masterbedroom is a large bedroom with a double bed 160 cm, exit to a balcony facing a quiet courtyard.
Bedroom two is a small room with a daybed, suitable for one or two children.
The kitchen is fully equipped (convection oven, induction hob, microwave, crockery, kitchen tools etc.), everything in new condition.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, space for some utensils.

About the neighborhood
The accommodation is located on a quiet cobblestone street with a dead end, you can sleep well without traffic disturbances but at the same time be close to the city's pulse with pubs, shops and restaurants.
It is walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the Old Town, the Royal Palace and the Photographic Museum.
If you want to get to Djurgården and its attractions such as Skansen, Gröna Lund, ABBA Museum, Vasa Museum, Junibacken etc. you can take the Djurgårdsfärjan which you can reach in about 10 minutes on foot. A tip is to take the Katarinahissen to Slussen and walk to the ferry from there. If you want to take the bus and tram to Djurgården, that's also fine, you can reach the bus in 7 minutes.

We are an upper middle-aged couple who like to travel and experience new places. This summer we took the car out to Europe and visited Lake Garda, Annecy and the Burgundy area in France. It was a wonderful trip.
We like to be active and move around, for example hiking, playing tennis, padel, running, etc.
We previously worked in the insurance industry, but we have both been off full-time for about a year.
