Spacious and bright duplex apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Built in 1910, it features a large living room, open-plan kitchen, and three double bedrooms.
It's a perfect family home, perfect for families with children.
We also have a roof terrace with city views.
Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet all the famous museums, such as the Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum, and the Rijksmuseum, are within walking distance, as is the Albert Cuyp Market in De Pijp.

Het is echt een gezinshuis geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen.
We hebben ook een dakterras, van waar je uitkijkt over de stad.

About Our Family
We are a family of two parents, three children, and a dog.
We live with two daughters, aged 16 and 13, and a son who is almost 4.
Our dog, Nicky, is almost 7 years old (a Cocker Spaniel).
Wij zijn een gezin met twee ouders en drie kinderen en een hond.
We wonen met 2 dochters van 16 en 13 jaar oud en een zoontje van bijna 4 jaar.
Onze hond Nicky is bijna 7 jaar (een Cocker Spaniel).
Lifestyle
We have a real family home.
It's a house where five people and a dog live.
It's a house with lots of toys and some vintage-style items like cabinets and a sofa.
The house dates back to 1910 and features colorful (Art Nouveau-style) wallpaper, lots of ochre yellow, and Portuguese tiles in the hallway and kitchen.
There are three double beds and a toddler bed.
Wij hebben een echt gezinshuis.
Het is een huis waarin wordt geleefd met 5 mensen en een hond.
Het is een huis met veel speelgoed en een beetje "vintage"- achtige spullen als kasten en bank.
Het huis is uit 1910 en bevat kleurrijk (Jugendstil-achtig) behang, veel okergele kleuren en Portugese tegels in de gang en keuken.
Er zijn drie twee persoonsbedden en nog een peuterbed.
