A nice house on an island without cars, close to Göteborg which is the second biggest city in Sweden.
It is eight minutes walk to a swim in the ocean, and about 12 minutes walk from the boat to our home. On the main floor is a bathroom with a bathtub, kitchen and the living room. On top floor one room with two beds and a sofa which is possible to convert to a bed for one adult or two children. There is a toilet and another room/kitchen which is a room for painting for example.
In the basement is a bedroom with two beds, and a bigger room with a sofa which is convertible to two comfortable beds. Down there is also the laundry and a bathroom with shower. Our house has at least six beds and a big terrace:
There is at least one restaurant on the island, one coffeeshop/lunchrestaurant, grocery store and one shop for fish/seafood.
The boat to mainland takes mostly 17 minutes, sometimes longer and is a nice trip. To go to downtown Göteborg with tram takes another 20 to 30 minutes.

Fia is 67 years old and works as a social worker one day per week and newly retired except this 20 percent. Pekka is 62 and works as a technician on a sports arena.
We like to go to theatre and our events. We spend time in of our small garden, like to hang out with our children and grandchildren and other familymembers and friends. We are practicing sailing in our boat (Maxi Fenix) which can be included in a house switch for those who are interested.
