A renovated family home in the heart of Dublin's historical quarter.
Our home is a Dublin terraced house with three bedrooms and a garden and parking out front. We have a large open plan sittingroom and separate large new kitchen and bathroom downstairs, three bedrooms upstairs and another garden room with double pull out bed and separate en suite bathroom & shower. Our attic is also converted and is used as an office. We live in the heart of the 'Historical Quarter' of Dublin within 10 minutes walk of Guinness Brewery, Kilmainham Jail, The Phoenix Park and more. We are just 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes drive from the City Centre and right beside the LUAS light rail and bus corridors. Dublin Bay beaches and Dublin Docklands are nearby, too.
