Comfortable home on South Eastern edge of Brisbane.

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood in a culdesac in the suburb of Kuraby. We have a large block with low maintenance garden..There is easy access to public transport (train and bus) (600m). Brisbane city and the Gold Coast are just 45 minutes away on the train. The name 'Kuraby' refers to a creek near the railway station and the word originally came from an aboriginal word meaning 'a place of many springs'. These springs are very much in evidence in our local Kuraby bush land which is accessed just 200 metres from our front door.
Our home is a standard 3 bedroom, with an additional large study and separate lounge and family (TV) areas and a double garage..

Our Neighbourhood

Nearest Airport: Brisbane - 32 km

Our house is located in a quiet estate. There is no through road traffic. Most houses are owner occupied. Bush land for walking is within 200metres of our house. There is a 5km loop that winds through the forest in which there are many native birds, kangaroos and the occasional koala. This land is preserved for public use because of an endangered frog that was discovered in the local area.
