We're usually quite flexible with dates and open to anything really that can be reached by train or car within a day. Anything from exchanges of a few days (if fairly close by) to longer. For 2025, we're pretty much set (proper) holiday wise, so longer exchanges will have to wait till after summer or next year. But always open to long weekends. |

1930's apartment in Amsterdam near the Vondelpark
Light and spacious apartment in the south-west of Amsterdam, right in between the Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark. Lots of natural light (second floor) and a big balcony looking out over a quiet patio.
There's two bedrooms, one of which is for our son Joshua, who is two years old. His bed is not full size, so only fits another small child, though we might be able to work something out for someone bigger, if needed.
We also have an eight year old cat, Keetje.
For the hustle and bustle of the city, we're just a five minute bike ride away from the city centre at the other side of the Vondelpark. You can use our bikes of course (one with a child's seat).

BE065Everything was perfect! The flat is comfortable and well located, not really in the hyper centre of A’dam but close to it and in a green environment. Daan used to exchange homes with his parents and is now a second generation of Intervacers. We had the privilege of being his first Intervac exchange partner with his wife and 2-year-old boy! He was quite satisfied and ready for new adventures! Good communication and trust are of course the key to success!
