We offer a house with lovely views in a green and quiet neighborhood. The house was built in 1982, but is continuously renovated. In the fall of 2023, in addition to other restoration work, a carport was built.

In addition to living room, kitchen and bathroom we have 3 bedrooms accommodating 5 people on the 1st floor. The house is therefore well suited for disabled people. Downstairs there is a guest room / office, where there is a double sofa bed. There is also a simple laundry room with washing machine, downstairs. Parts of the lower floor are divided from an apartment, with its own entrance.

We have a small garden with flowers, apple tree, cherry bush and gooseberry / currant bush that we like to tend to. The house has a spacious terrace bordering a natural area, where the view can be enjoyed, secluded from neighbors and the road. We have emphasized making the terrace pleasant with flowers and herbs and there is a barbecue here that can be used. There is also a small greenhouse on the terrace, where we grow tomato, cucumber and chilli. When it's warm enough, it's great to eat meals out here. When the weather is nice, in the middle of summer, have sun on the terrace until about 10 o'clock in the evening.
