A cosy flat in a quiet street in central Stockholm
The apartment is on the top-floor on a quiet street in a very pleasant area in Stockholm. The house is built 1927. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a sitting room, a kitchen, and a workroom. On the back side of the house there is a lovely communal garden with seats, a lawn, flowers and fruit trees. The area was before on the edge of the city but has nowadays when the city is growing changed into a much more central area with many restaurants and art galleries. There are buses, underground and commuter trains a short walk away. If you want a walk it is definitely possible to walk into the city-center in about half an hour. Buses to and from the Airport stops around the corner. Stockholm is a beautiful city that offers a lot of different activities! The nature is also nearby - Haga-parken is a large park with a royal connection through the centuries.

The apartment is situated in a very popular part of Stockholm: Vasastan. There is a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby and everything you need within walking distance. Rooftop bar around the corner and a lot of art galleries in the street. Stockholms most modern part is growing on the edge of the area with interesting modern architecture. It is still a very quiet street, with very little disturbances and traffic. The house has a very nice enclosed garden that you can use.
With excellent public transport all the sights are in easy reach. It is difficult to find a parking space - but you wont need it.
There are also very nice walks in the big park, Haga-parken, a national park, that you can reach within 10 minutes. The crown princess lives here and as there is other royal buildings there to visit as well as an aquarium and an indoor butterfly area. There is also possible to visit a great botanic garden, Bergianska trädgården, by foot if you want.
