House outside of Stockholm, Sweden
We live in a small suburb, Gustavsberg, right outside of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, and in the famous swedish archipelago.
Our house is situated in a quiet neighborhood by the woods, close to the harbour of Gustavsberg. There are several nice walks in the area, in the woods or along the bay.
The house has four bedrooms, one on the ground floor along with the kitchen and livingroom. We have a computer with internet, tv, nintendo wii and many movies for all ages, most of them in english.
The kitchen is equipped with an extra stove, an old fasion woodstove, but with a modern one too of course.

Neighborhood
About the neighborhood
Gustavsberg is a picturesque small suburb in the eastern parts of Stockholm, close to the beautiful Swedish archipelago. The surroundings are idyllic with woods, water and nice cafés in the harbour.
Gustavsberg is famous for its porcelain, and in the harbour you can visit the porcelain museum and several boutiqes and outlets with china in different styles. There many nice beaches, and you can rent a canoe or take a trip to islands in the archipelago.
Getting into the city of Stockholm takes about 25 minutes if you take the bus.
Stockholm - the city on water - has many things to offer, depending on your preferences. Visit the swedish castle, in the Old Town or if you want to learn more about old Sweden, you can go to the large outdoor museum Skansen with about 150 historical buildings from nearly every part of the country.
Or go for the Millennium tour in Södermalm in southern Stockholm, where most of the intrigue in the famous Millennium series by Stieg Larsson takes place.
There is also a tivoli in Stockholm, Gröna Lund, situated by the water at the former royal island Djurgården witch is a beautiful parc.
