Flat in Wien (Penzing), near castle "Schönbrunn" Austria
We live in a maisonette (2 floors - 130m2) in a small block of 16 flats. On the first floor there are the hall, the living room, kitchen (+ small terrace), bathroom, toilet and a room for guests. On the second floor you can find our study, the book-case, a second toilet and a large bedroom (+14 m2 - terrace). Our house has its own garden where adults can relax and children can play. You can find all shops for your daily needs within walking-distance, including an indoor market and the underground that takes you to the centre (Stephansplatz) in 10 minutes.

We live close to "Schönbrunn-Palace" with its famous park, zoo, and we appreciate particularly the wonderful swimming pool in the park. ... Les gens ont été très accueillants, la maison était propre et correspondait à ce qui était offert. À notre retour, la maison était en ordre. Aucun problème avec ce couple. Un bel échange.

Our son, Lukas, will be 32 years old in May. He will not travel with us.
We love children, but unfortunately our apartment is no longer suitable for small .II
