House in Bunnik, the Netherlands
We live in a spacious house in Bunnik. Bunnik is 9 km. away from Utrecht (1/2 hour by bike, 8 minutes by train) and 40 km from Amsterdam (1/2 hour by train). Our house is cosy and comfortable. It is situated north-south. The garden and the terrace are on the sunny side.
We have no children and we would like to make an arrangement with another couple without children.

Our Neighbourhood
Nearest Airport: Schiphol, Amsterdam -
Bunnik is a quiet and small village on the borders of the river 'Kromme Rijn'. You can walk along those borders to Utrecht in 2,5 hours.
Bunnik has one supermarket and a number of small shops. It also has a railway station which is less than 10 minutes walking from our house. By train it takes 8 minutes to come to the centre of Utrecht and 1 hour to the centre of Amsterdam. To Utrecht you can also go by bike, of course. Then you need half an hour to come there.
Bunnik is close to the 'Utrechtse heuvelrug', where you find beautiful woods and nature for walking and biking.
There are several golfcourses in the surroundings.
The Netherlands are specially designed for bicycles!

GB092438We really enjoyed our stay in Holland.. We took the train to visit the bulb fields and also Amsterdam. We enjoyed the use of the bicycles provided to make trips on the flat cycle tracks in the countryside around the town.
