Our house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, just close to the ocean (about 300 m) at Resarö (Vaxholm). It´s a spacious house with 4-5 bedrooms, 5 beds and 4 sofa beds, which makes it possible for 9 people to stay in our house. There is a combined living/diningroom, 2 bathrooms (one with shower) and 2 TV-rooms. In the garden there are two terraces where you can barbeque and dine or just relax. There is a lawn and a very small forest lot.
Close to the house you can find several places to swim in the ocean. There is also a big forest (Killingen) where you can walk and enjoy forestlife. There is a canoe center (Skärgårdens kanotcenter Resarö, www.kanotcenter.com) where you can rent canoes/kayaks.
During summertime you can find a restaurant on Resarö (Resarö paviljong, www.desserthantverk.se).

It´s easy to go to Vaxholm. By bike 25-30 min, by car 7 min, or by local bus about 15 min. In Vaxholm you can find restaurants, stores, nice surroundings, and the ferry boats to go further out in the archipelago (Vaxholsmbolaget, www.waxholmsbolaget.se). You can also enjoy outdoor climbing park (Skypark Vaxhom, https://skypark.se), play padel or just relax on the beach.
Close to our house is also Bogesundslandet which is a protected nature reserve where you can find beaches and big forests with hikingtrails.

There are local buses that can take you to the center of Stockholm in about 40 min (or by car 30 min).

The house is available for both simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchange. It is possible to rent a boat.
