Historic Brownstone in Park Slope, Brooklyn, USA
We live in an 1880 brownstone in historic Park Slope. We are five minutes to the subway and a twenty minute ride to Manhattan. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum are a twenty minute walk from our house. Our neighborhood, which was declared one of the top ten neighborhoods in the United States, is filled with cafes, restaurants, boutiques. It is friendly and safe. Our house is three stories tall. The top floor has two bedrooms and a den. We can sleep five max. Our parlor floor is the kitchen and dining room combined (a country kitchen) and living room. On the ground floor there is an office and tenant's apartment. We have a washer, drier and two bicycles. We have done many exchanges with wonderful results. Thank you for looking at our site. And best of luck making an exchange.
